Booking Information Needed

Please have the following information to hand when getting in touch:

• The name of your game or inflatable
• Dates required
• Times required (to and from)
• Will it be going on grass or a hard standing
• Name, address (in full), postcode
• Telephone number

Multiple Hire & Commercial Bookings*

For a reduced rate on multiple hire please call or email for a quote.

*Commercial bookings require a £100 deposit – non-refundable, when booking more than one unit.

Payment

Payment will be due on delivery, we take cash or cards. Cheques and bank transfers can be made one week before the delivery date. We can provide invoices up on request. Any late payment will forfeit any discount offered.

Cheques can be made payable to ‘Pods’ or contact us for details to arrange a bank transfer.

Weather

Weather in the UK is unpredictable, don’t worry about the weather, there is nothing that can be done. Pods Inflatables looks after private household and school bookings; there will be no requirement for a deposit and Pods Inflatables offers a no fee cancellation policy right up to the day before the hire for any reason. This includes up to the morning of the hire (8am) for bad weather.

Discount

Everyone likes a little discount, we offer discount when booking more than one unit. See our Pods Party Packs and our Corporate Packages for full details. Can’t see the package you want, don’t worry, give us a call, text or email and we will get you a quote.

We also offer 10% off for the Armed Forces, NHS staff & Emergency services personnel. Keep an eye on the bottom of the page to see offers. Only one offer per booking.
