I, the undersigned, (the 'Customer’), voluntarily make and grant this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk in favour of Pods Inflatables (the 'Owner') as partial consideration (in addition to monies paid to the Owner) for the opportunity to use the facilities, equipment, materials and/or other assets of the Owner; and/or to receive assistance, training, guidance and/or instruction from the personnel of the Owner; and/or to engage in the activities, events, sports, festivities and/or gatherings sponsored by the Owner; I hereby waive and release any and all claims whether in contract or for personal injury, property damage, damages, losses and/or death that may arise from my aforementioned use or receipt, as I understand and recognise that there are certain risks, dangers and perils connected with such use and/or receipt, which I hereby acknowledge to have been fully explained to me and which I fully understand, and which I nevertheless accept, assume and undertake after inquiry and investigation as to the nature and extent of such risks has shown those risks to be wholly satisfactory and acceptable to me. I further agree to use my best judgement in undertaking these activities, use and/or receipt and to strictly adhere to all safety instructions and recommendations, whether oral or written. I hereby certify that I am a competent adult assuming these risks of my own free will, being under no compulsion or duress. I hereby take full responsibility of the assets in good order and am fully responsible for the supervision and safekeeping and informing other persons and/or guardians of the risks associated with the using of the equipment’s and the responsibility of Liability and Assumption of Risk is wavered from the Owner. This Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk is effective for the whole duration of hire, and may not be revoked or amended without the prior written consent of the Owner.

THE HIRE PERIOD unless otherwise agreed is from delivery until or after at the discretion of Pods Inflatables. Any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £30 per hour or part of, this also applies to giant game pieces not being tidy and ready for collection.

OPERATING GUIDE ONLY
1.   Ensure there is good access to the area.
2.   Check the ground, and remove any stones or sharp objects before Pods Inflatables arrive.
3.   Do not move the Inflatable(s) from the position that Pods Inflatable staff have safely erected it in.
4.   The Inflatables must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5.   No shoes, Glasses Jewellery, Pets, toys or other sharp instruments.
6.   No eating or drinking allowed.
7.   Do not allow children to, push or collide with each other.
8.   Do not allow children to climb or sit on the Inflatables walls.
9.   Do not overcrowd the Inflatables.
10. Any one with a shoulder height higher than the Bouncy Castle wall must not go on. We do have adult sized  
Inflatables.
11.  Ensure the Blowers are not tampered with, as they can get hot from time to time.
12. Ensure any electrical cables remain in a safe position, and away from water.
13. Turn off all Inflatables and remove electrical cable in the event of rain, in case of electrocution.
14. Ensure the Inflatables are dry upon re-inflation before play resumes, as they can become slippery when
wet.
15. Do not allow any form of mount or dismount from or to another item. The ramp is only to be used to mount or
dismount the Inflatables.
16. Any thing you may think is slightly dangerous probably is, so stop it before an injury occurs…..take
care….and have fun.
17. If Pods Inflatables deems the site unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking at no charge.
18. Remember there is no charge for cancellation for bad weather or cancellation with more than 24 hours notice, but cancellation upon delivery will incur a 50% charge.

IMPORTANT NOTICE provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However accidents can happen. Pods Inflatables can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of negligence of Pods Inflatables or its employees. As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Pods Inflatables, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable.
